23rd Season ArtWalk Raffle

Guidelines and Rules

The 23rd Season ArtWalk 50/50 Raffle is intended to raise funds for the continued operation of ArtWalk Downtown Billings, a project of the Downtown Billings Alliance, and provide funds for one lucky winner to purchase of original art and merchandise from one or more of our Season Member galleries who have nurtured and sustained ArtWalk for 23 years.  The raffle is sponsored by the Billings’ B.I.D., ID # 20-5506295, a non-profit entity.

Tickets are $1 each.  There are no restrictions on who can buy tickets. There are no  discounts.  

Ticket sales begin at 5 p.m. on Friday, August 4, 2017 during Summer ArtWalk.  Ticket sales end at 9 p.m. on Friday, December 1, 2017 during Winter ArtWalk.  Proceeds and unsold tickets must be returned to the DBA at the close of Holiday ArtWalk.

Tickets cannot be purchased on-line.  Tickets are available for purchase at the Downtown Billings Alliance office, 2815 2nd Avenue North or at any 23rd Season Member location.

One lucky winner will be selected randomly at a blind drawing held at the Yellowstone Art Museum on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.  Ticket holders need not be present to win.  The winner will be contacted using information on his/her ticket stub.  After the drawing, the winner’s name will be posted at and

One-half of the raffle proceeds goes to ArtWalk Downtown Billings to fund operational costs.  The remainder of the proceeds goes to one lucky winner and is redeemable only in art or merchandise from one or more 23rd Season Members on or before March 31, 2018 (the end of ArtWalk’s 23rd Season).  No cash will be awarded.
