406 Memories, 2712 2nd Ave N, is joining the map for the December ArtWalk and will be showcasing a festive holiday set-up as well as students from Elysian School.
Elysian School Art 1 and 2 are a group of 6th– 8th graders in Mrs. Tucker’s art class. Each class was asked to come up with a theme and create work inspired by the topic. Students had their choice of media ranging from colored pencil, oil pastel, to paint. Elysian Art presents the following mini shows:
Art 1 Food- all things food
Art 2 Fever Dream- the odd, weird/ unusual, and dream like
Art 1 Shoes- taking our best step forward
Art 2 Remix- take what you know and remix it
All proceeds from this entire student led show goes directly to the students.
It’s going to be a great time at 406 Memories with the 360 photobooth and Niko Cordero DJing Latin music throughout the night. There will be local craft beer for refreshments and an area for people to be photographed in our studio for FREE!
